This is the moment of detachment. When you let go of your occupied self and find a sense of calmness. The energy starts flowing freely. Your awareness is on point, neither hyper-focused nor ultra-dreamy. It’s an embarkment on a mind-body experience where externalities are absorbed down to your feet. Then, the wave rebounds and moves back upwards to the tip of the head. The unlocking of your full potential kicks-in.

‘The Golden Days’ is an audiovisual capsule illuminating human mindfulness. The unscripted glances loosely connect a spectrum of realities we might live to experience. From the individual to the collective point of view, questions arise:
- What is the purpose of caring?
- How does the conversation unfold?
- Why do we immerse or detach?
This drop contains six thoughtfully crafted reels made of locally sourced, raw Japanese footage.
